What data does ApolloScribe collect?

We collect personal and health information when you provide it to us in our applications or surveys or when your doctor or clinic provide it to us as part of the service they are providing to you.

How does ApolloScribe use my data?

ApolloScribe uses your data to collate, share and summarise personal and health information with your medical team to enhance and improve the service they can provide to you.

How is my data stored?

ApolloScribe information is stored in secure cloud based servers operated by our 3rd party infrastructure provider.

This infrastructure provides secure deployment of services, secure storage of data with end user privacy safeguards, secure communications between services, secure and private communication with customers over the internet, and safe operation by administrators.

Our infrastructure service provider undertakes regular security audits to meet the ISO standards for Cloud Security and Privacy. The cloud storage is hosted in Australian data centres where data is encrypted both at rest and in transmission.

Will my data be sold to 3rd parties?

ApolloScribe will never sell your personal information or share your data for any purposes which are not related to the service we are providing to you and your care teams.

Who does ApolloScribe share my data with?

ApolloScribe will share your data with the care team you have consented to sharing with when completing health survey information that your clinic or health professional has asked you to complete.

How do I correct or delete my data from ApolloScribe?

If your data needs correction or deletion you should first contact the Clinic that has sent the survey to you for completion who can amend any data they have collected from you on ApolloScribe. If you have any problems you can contact us at support@apolloScribe.com
