Patient FAQ’s

  • ApolloScribe improves specialist consultations by helping patients provide better, more accurate health and medical information to their medical specialist prior to their appointment via an online health check tool.

The health check tool asks general health questions as well as tailored questions specific to your condition or medical referral reason.

Your online health check data is summarised for your doctor for easy reading and inclusion in clinical notes, helping them save time and focus more on their patients rather than the clinical documentation process.

  • Your specialist practice is using the secure ApolloScribe online health check service to help provide you with a better consultation experience.

The link is to a secure online health check form which will ask you some questions about your background health as well as the condition you were referred to the specialist for. These questions would normally be asked during your consultation to help your doctor diagnose and treat your condition and prepare clinical notes.

ApolloScribe’s online health check tool allows you to better consider your responses in your own time and provide more accurate information.

  • Having better and more accurate information before your appointment helps the doctor have a clearer picture of your condition, allowing them to be more focused on you during your consultation, providing an improved experience and better outcomes.

Your online health check may also highlight specific areas which need attention prior to your appointment, such as additional therapies or tests needed before your initial consultation - saving you a wasted appointment.
